 Dr. Jay Johansen graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a BS in biology. He earned his doctorate in optometry in 2005 from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL.
He served three internships: 1) Offuctt Air Force Base, Omaha, NE; 2) Veterans and Administration Hospital in Huntington, WV; and 3) Veterans and Administration Hospital in Johnson City, TN |
