Dr. Stephen Cauley studied pre-optometry at Texas Tech University. He earned both B.S. and O.D. degrees from the University of Houston. He was a captain in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps. He had a private practice in Lubbock, TX for 25 years with his father and brother before moving to Statesboro.

His areas of special interest include contact lenses and LASIK surgery.
