Lord Eye Center was founded in 1978 by Dr. R. Whitman Lord. With six locations including Statesboro, Savannah, Brunswick, St. Marys, Augusta and Rincon, Lord Eye Center has grown to become the largest privately-owned optometric practice in Georgia.

Thousands of frames are available from over 30 designer lines at Lord Eye Center's optical showroom. You can also choose from a great selection of non-prescription sunglasses, sport and safety glasses, progressive no-line bifocals, scratch-resistant coatings, tints and ultraviolet filters. And of course, Lord Eye Center specializes in all types of contact lenses including daily wear, bifocal, disposable and tinted lenses. All of the doctors at Lord Eye Center are certified to diagnose and treat eye diseases. You can be certain you will receive a thorough eye examination as well as a detailed explanation of your ocular condition.
